Damn it ! Our bbq gathering !!

Large, swollen turbinates may lead to blockage of nasal breathing
Allergies , exposure to environmental irritants, or a persistent inflammation within the sinuses can lead to turbinate swelling


Well , this is my case and my interior turbinate was damage since one month ago
This is the reason why I see the doctor for four times even till today
It's all my nose's problem which lead me to sore throat and fever 
As for now , it's badly swollen 
I see it myself when doctor ask me to hold a mirror in front me and he uses his small torch to led me in order to see inside my nose
Back to the same when I was still small , I need to use back nasal spray to control it  


My bbq with friends flies away already !!!!!!! Shit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
